Returns -
If for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, Life and Sole offer you 45 days to return your item. Items purchased more than 45 days ago cannot be returned.

Returns can be carried out through the An Post website here. Choose Life and Sole as the retailer and follow the instructions.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition complete with all the tags and their original packaging (e.g., in the original shoe box). Make sure to complete the return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment. We advise that you try any shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
