I just had a a Spine Fusion & can't bend so these runners are absolutely perfect. A lot of the time i am in slippers but if I have to go to GP etc for checkout I just slip my foot in. I bought a 2nd pair after in a different colour. Also sized down as recommended, fit perfect.
