If you believe your purchase has a fault, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you. In your email please include your order number, style code, colour with an outline of the issue. Please include pictures if possible.

The maximum timeframe for a refund should be within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item/s. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, Life and Sole offers you 45 days to return your item. Items purchased more than 45 days ago cannot be returned. All returned items should be sent in their original condition complete with all the tags and their original packaging (e.g., in the original shoe box). Make sure to complete the return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment. We advise that you try any shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.

Most orders will dispatch within 24 hours (unless the order is placed over the weekend). Please allow 3-5 working days for your order and slightly longer during busy periods.

We accept PayPal as well as major credit and debit cards. We do not accept Skechers Gift Cards.e-Gift Cards at this time.

Every item is different so please pay close attention to the care instructions with every product. Doing so will help to maintain the fit and feel and extend the life cycle of your item. Some of our footwear is machine washable. Please be sure to check the icon to ensure you are washing your shoes correctly.

may use social media plugins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button, “Share to Twitter” button) to

facilitate social media functions. If you are a member of a social media platform or website, and

log in to such social media or platform, the interfaces may allow the social media platform or

website to connect your Shuz 4 U Platform visit to your Personal Data. The social media plugins
